Stour Cross Farm Booking Information and Conditions

1. SELF-CATERING All published prices are based upon self-catering accommodation.

2. PAYMENT For bookings made a fortnight or more in advance, a booking deposit of one third is required. The balance is payable within four weeks of the arrival date. For last minute bookings (this shall mean bookings made less than two weeks from arrival date) full payment will be required to reserve the accommodation. Payment can be made by credit card (phone or fax card details to us) or by cheque (payable to MP & CT Trim). N.B. Payment by credit card will show as 'Animal Crackers' on your statement.

3. CANCELLATION In the event of your needing to cancel your holiday, we regret that your deposit cannot be refunded. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

4. SMOKING - There is strictly No Smoking in the chalets. (If we suspect any smoking then you will be politely asked to leave.)

5. HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITY The hirer is responsible for the chalet and is expected to take all reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the responsibility of the hirer and the cost of making good such shall be payable on demand. The chalet and contents must be left as found. We reserve the right to charge £25 housekeeping fee if the chalet is not left as you found it.

6. OWNERS LIABILITY The owner will not be liable for personal injury (other than resulting from negligence) to the hirer or any member of his party, or for the loss or damage to the property of the hirer (including vehicles and contents).

7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Guests are requested to arrive after 4pm and to vacate their chalet by 10am on the day of departure.

8. PETS Because we are a working farm, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

9. EXTRA COSTS - ELECTRICITY - £10 worth is included Free in prices from 31st October to 1st May, however £20 cash deposit is required on arrival with the meter read before departure and any adjustment then made either way by means of some refund or balance payable.
