Wessex lodge, one of two chalets built in 2001. Suitable for six people with a downstairs en-suite bedroom.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge look out onto green fields grazed during the summer months by our Black and White Friesian cows.

The veranda is an ideal place to relax with a glass of wine and a book or just to sit and chat.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom leads out onto its own balcony where views of Somerset and Wiltshire can be seen in the distance.

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with shower over bath. To keep the traditional lodge style the ceiling is clad with a warm mellow pine.

The Twin bedroom intended for our younger guests although adults who use this room find the en-suite shower room quite endearing with its sea life toilet seat and wall ornaments along with the porthole mirrored cabinet.
Don’t worry we do supply adult duvet covers!!

The downstairs double bedroom with en-suite shower room would be suitable for the less able guest. The back door from the veranda has a wooden ramp to the back door allowing easier access for a wheelchair.

The kitchen contains Microwave Dishwasher Oven & Hob Washing Machine Fridge with ice box

Wessex Lodge is available for short breaks and for week bookings the start day is Friday. There is strictly no smoking and unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
